The ideal candidate will have a background in designing and prototyping apps, platforms, and services with a focus on craft and collaboration. As a product designer you are familiar with Scrum/Agile working models, frequently collaborate with engineers and product owners, design for accessibility and inclusivity, and have acumen in both UX, visual and motion design.

We especially welcome candidates from equity-seeking groups.

This role is perfect for someone with:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Product Design.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in UX and Visual design.

  • A strong grasp of design fundamentals and their application in digital products.

  • An eagerness to grow in UX and Product Design, with a focus on accessible products and systems.

  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.


About the work

You will work to support an product design for a growing number of clients in healthcare, equity and sustainability related work in Toronto (Remote).
